1/35 US MRAP M1240A1 M-ATV w/Interior Rye Field Model #RM-5032 Factory Seal MISB

Description: I need to clear some space on my shelves, so I have to reluctantly part with some of my collection. THIS IS MY LAST ONE! The Oshkosh M-ATV is a US Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) All Terrain Vehicle that has been deployed over the last decade to replace the ubiquitous M1114 HMMWV (Humvee) to get troops and equipment safely where they need to go. The M1240A1 is the designation for the M-ATV that has been fitted with the Underbody Improvement Kit (UIK). Rye Field Model is a relatively new company (but a sibling to Kitty Hawk) that has exploded onto the scene with stunning kits packed with details and features. This kit has a fully detailed engine and interior, along with many options, such as having doors and hood either open or closed. There are dozens of listings for this kit on eBay (mostly from Asia and Europe), but as a Top Rated Plus US Seller, I have this in stock and can reliably ship this to you very quickly. Here is some of the info I found from around the web about this stunning kit: The Rye Field Models site (ryefield-model.com) has a page with spectacular photos of the box art, the entire kit contents and ten colorful renderings showing the extensive features and options available. There is a broken link to download the Instruction Set and Painting Guide and little additional information about the kit here. Scalemates.com has a listing that shows this is a 2019 brand-new tool. The page provides a link to download the complete 32-page full-color Instruction Set and Painting Guide along with plenty of links to reviews, resources and many galleries of photos of completed M-ATV projects. Thomas Hartwig did a photo-heavy In-Box Review on the German-language panzer-modell.de site. We get two dozen shots of the plastic parts, decals and PE parts, along with the painting guide. He describes the features and lavishes the kit with praise. In the end, he simply states: “A really well made and neatly detailed kit that knows how to please. If you have a thing for modern wheeled vehicles, you will have a lot of fun with this kit.” Dave Shick posted a (partial) Build Review on the archive.armorama.com site. He sets us up with over 50 photos of the parts and instructions. He offers his opinions and insights into this wonderful kit and when he had built a few steps, he commented: “The detail is superb, as can be seen in the pictures, and I had no fit issues at all.” The best look at the parts comes in a First Look Review on the Chinese-language moxingfans.com website. There are dozens of high-resolution photos with incredible detail of the minute and intricate detail of these finely molded parts. There are quite a few highlights spotlighted throughout the review and the Conclusion was mechanically translated as: “There is no doubt that the launch of the model of the wheat field M-ATV has set off a boom in this theme in the model circle, from the opening of the mold, the manufacturer is very attentive, the details are very rich, and the sharpness can also be satisfied”. As you can see from the pictures, the package is pristine and still sealed with tape strips, so I consider it factory sealed and absolutely gift-ready. This item contains one complete injection molded plastic model kit of the M1240A1 M-ATV made up of detailed sand and clear plastic parts, five vinyl tires and a set of flexible fenders, two frets of photo etched metal parts and a large set of decals.
