Description: 1880-S Morgan Silver Dollar-NGC MS64-Could easily have been Proof Like from a SUPERIOR STRIKE. It has some reflectivity and cameo but I think it just needed to be "conserved" by NGC. I've seen PL with far less for sure and this one has watery surfaces too. I haven't seen this VAM before I don't believe(further investigation needed as it could be one of the VAM 12's but I'm not convinced yet unless I've made a mistake elsewhere). Honestly, this one has some of the watery attributes so I am surprised it wasn't to get PL but the obverse is better than reverse and thats why i say it needs conservation for the next steps.
