Description: This is a lovely extremely rare and highly collectable Waltham high grade railroad pocket watch from 1901. This beautiful timepiece has high quality damaskeening engraving on the plates and 21 jewels in screwed in gold jewel settings. The stem wind movement is engraved Crescent St. WALTHAM, MASS. 21 JEWELS ADJUSTED and numbered 10533797, which dates it to about 1901. It is a size 18 model 1892 movement, which was one of the best movements made by Waltham. The watch is working, but I do not know when it was last serviced. The enamel triple sunk dial is marked WALTHAM and is in excellent condition with ano hairlines or chipos. The open face gold filled case is in good condition with some brassing on the edges, but it still look good. I expect payment within two days of the end of the auction or Buy It Now! If not an unpaid item report will be submitted and the item will be re-listed without notice! Please contact me prior to the end of the auction for alternative arrangements. Unfortunately I have experienced several non-payers in the last year. Good luck with your bidding and please make sure you look at my other items up for auction.
