Description: Vintage Sweet Sue walker doll by American Character. These were made from the late 40s to early 60s. She has brown rooted hair, blue sleep eyes, fully jointed hard plastic body and head that turns. She is wearing a period dress and shoes with socks. Marked Amer. Char. Dolls. Doll is 24 inches tall. She needs work. The head is detached and has some damage on one side. There are some scrapes and soiling to the body. One eye has some sort of whitish substance. I have not cleaned her.
