The original old finish is fantastic, and they are much more "silver" appearing and shinier in person, but being metal these can easily be prepped and spray painted any color. Description/Condition: These plates are getting very difficult to find - I've searched them out for many years, and the few I have now to restock my inventory are from a good year of salvaging efforts! Don't miss them - this pair is in excellent condition without bends or cracks in metal and is a clean salvage from a Mid-Century home remodel. Mounting screws are included.
