1974 Airstream Argosy 26 VTG camper Trailer

Description: 1974 Airstream Argosy 26 foot camper in very good condition. It has lots of retro charm. It is a wonderful camper to take out for a camping trip, or a nice getaway for your back yard. It would make a perfect Air B and B as well. It sleeps 3 or 4 people, depending on their size. The front bed pulls out to about the size of a full size mattress and has brand new upholstery. The back bed is a twin. The Kitchen has new countertops, sink, faucet, stove and lots of storage space. The refrigerator is original and works on propane or electricity. It gets cold and the freezer works. The plumbing has been inspected and there are no leaks. We replaced ANY questionable plumbing lines with PEX lines and Sharkbite fittings. All the water works as it should, in the kitchen and the bathroom. The holding tanks in the bathroom have been inspected and are in working order. The shower works great. The furnace has been cleaned, tested and it works flawlessly. The AC unit is new and was professionally installed. The flooring is new laminate. The lights were replaced with new LED fixtures. All of the electric inside is in working condition both AC and DC. The inverter works and charges the 12 volt battery when plugged into shore power. The frame is in great shape for its age. The paint was stripped down and repainted. We didn't just paint over 5 layers of old paint. It looks great and is definitely an eye catcher going down the road. It comes with two propane tanks and the regulator is new. The tires are only a couple years old and haven't had many miles on them. The wheel bearings were repacked when the new tires were installed. It pulls like a dream. It's GVWR is 6200 pounds and weighs 3600 pounds with a 450 pound tongue weight. This is a great chance to own an iconic piece of history and have the ability to turn heads at the campground.
