It is made with 23k Gold and comes in its original packaging with an instruction card. Both the card and the stamp appear to be in mint condition. See the pictures and judge for yourself! You will receive the item pictured. Your item will be placed onto a cardboard backing to prevent bending during transit. Then, it will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into a padded mailer.
