Torque them down to the manufacturers specs (up to and not greater than 110ft lbs). 6) Avoid using an impact wrench because improper usage may cause the lug nuts/bolts to break or loosen while driving causing a potential injury or accident.7) All lug nuts, bolts and torque must be checked after driving the first 50 miles after installation. Afterwards, please check all lug nuts and bolts every 3,000-5,000 miles. 8) Alignment is necessary after installation, this will prevent any wobble and vibration from occurring. How to measure the fender gap to choose suitable thickness? 1) Line up a straight edge ruler against the sidewall of the tire, use the measuring device to measure from the inside of the ruler to the inner fender lip.2) Please take multiple measurements and use the smallest data point.(The most closest spot may be at the front or rear edge of the fender). The maximum recommended spacerthickness= the smallest gap - 3/8"(10mm) About the wheel bolts: Your Factory wheel studs may extend past the surface of the wheel spacers. In this case you will need to:1) Shorten the factory studs.2) The wheels need to have the open slots (cavities) between mounting holes.3) Purchase a set of shorter studs and replace them with the factory studs.
