Most everything is hung or laid flat to dry. All pre-owned dry-clean only items have not been worn since last dry cleaning & will be lightly steamed (if fabric content allows) prior to shipping. All of our finer fabrics such as wool, silk, fine linen, vintage items, etc are stored within a cedar closet with lavender moth repellent. Please note there may be a slight lavender mothy ball cedar type smell to the garment, this will soon fade. RETURNS ThatWarehouseGirl does not accept returns. SHIPPING Items that ship via USPS First Class or USPS Parcel Select do not include insurance.
