Description: 1931 First edition. NOT exlibrary. Freeman was Kennel Editor for Field and Stream. Gilt title lettering. Profusely illustrated with b&w photos and illustration. Brown boards have edgewear particularly at the corner, few stains and one inch crack in gutter near bottom back spine. Front endpaper has about one inch at top cut off. Most likely had a previous owner's name. Some foxing on the endpapers. One inch split in top hinge otherwise fully intact. Title page has some foxing at top and light crease at bottom.
