Description: Even if you are not a fan of milk glass there is something about this pedestal bowl that attracts the eye! It was created by Challinor, Taylor and Co of Pittsburg PA and dates from 1884-1889. The hand painted apple blossoms in the center stand out against the white and the lace work above lends an ethereal air to the piece. The pedestal base is diamon cut. It is perfect as a fruit bowl centerpiece or could be used for candies. 7" tall by 8.5" in diameter. In good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. This is an antique bowl dating from the end of the 1800s!
