Description: Here offered is a very crude AntiqueAqua Quart Size Fruit Jar embossed across the front as follows : Maltese Cross / Mason's / Improved /(base) Pat Nov 26 67 / 20. This outstanding blown in the mold jar is in good condition with absolutely no cracks, chips, nicks, or dings as well as some minor interior clouds or haze especially on the base area. The ground top mouth is smooth with no problems or concerns. The only one issue is the metal zinc screw band which has a missing broken edge evidently from use. Lid still screws on tight. The glass lid is in excellent condition except with one small outside edge chip(see pic.19). There is Heavy embossing on top of lid as follows: Trade Mark Mason's Improved Registered May 25th 1871 / CFJ Co ( in center). This quality jar measures approximately 7 in. in height without the lid and 3.75 in across the diameter of the base.
