Description: Offering this antique, Victorian Walker & Hall Sheffield, England silver plated meat dome having ornate bead pattern border above the rim and detailing on handle. Triangular hang hardware on inside rim. Fully hallmarked. Circa 1900. Measures approximately: 12”L x 9.25”W x 8.5”H (to top of finial). Of smaller size - appropriate for a 4-6 Lbs chicken, small beef roast, sliced meats or cheese platter; perfect for 2-4 people. Dome is not large enough for Thanksgiving turkey or large family meal. Rare to find small size - see photo with soda can for scale and size perspective. Original, unaltered antique condition; some imperfections. One dime-size shallow dimple-dent on narrow end of cloche (last photo), surface abrasions, wear and scratches consistent with age, use and storage - could be improved with polishing.
