This note is heavily and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); edge indents/nicks (if any tears exist they are small); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); no holes that I could see.
