This note is heavily circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); surface wear and fraying; edge indents/nicks (some small tears exist); no holes that I could see.
