Beseler Topcon Auto 100 35mm SLR w/Topcor 53mm f/2 Lens, BLACK BODY, Works?

Description: Beseler Topcon Auto 100 BLACK body, with a 53mm f 2.0 lens, all in EXCELLENT cosmetic condition! Minor brassing on the top corners, a SMALL dent on the top of the prism, and a couple of paint chips on the back door. The lens looks good, no fungus, but some dust. The leaf shutter fires at all speeds, and, though not tested, it “sounds” pretty good. All that being said, I put a battery in (PX625) to test the meter, and the viewfinder was quite dark! I could see a faint image, but not “right.” The mirror IS down where it is supposed to be, and I swear it was good the other day, so…I don’t know what happened! The camera comes with the original lens cap, no case or strap. A previous owner engraved a Texas (?) driver’s license # on the base (grrr!). I’m happy to answer any questions, thanks for looking!
