Description: Original print, silkscreened on recycled dot matrix continuous computer paper, with the perforated margin strips still attached. The image is a portrait of Bobby Seale, and the title of his then-new book Seize the Time. The Berkeley Political Poster Workshop printed hundreds of designs with topics including the Kent State murders, Cambodia, antiwar, antifascism, anti-apathy, Black Panthers, and Allen Ginsberg. Most were printed in editions of fewer than 100, and due to the fragile nature of the paper, many have not survived. This one is in remarkably good condition – no tears along the perforations, and no foxing. It has been stored flat and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube. Approximately 14.75 x 22 inches.
