Description: This antique parlor table is an oddity and quite the conversation piece with its two-tier design. The wood grain of the top run exactly opposite of the wood grain on the bottom! Long before the piece became ours someone had to reassemble it and perhaps never noticed! We have owned it for the past 45 years and just loved the fact it was not perfect and neither are we! The legs feature a beautiful turned design. Manufactured in the 1920s - 1930s, this piece is made of what is believed to be maple and has a beautiful honey brown stain color. The table is perfect for those who appreciate antique furniture with odd features. The table is 23 inches in length, 22.5 inches in width, and 29 3/8 inches in height. The style of the table is circa 1920. This parlor table is perfect for those who enjoy the charm of antiques with imperfections ! Great small table!
