If we advertise the item in working condition, we will issue a refund for a defective product or replace it if we have a similar product in inventory. We will accept returns of items listed as "New", "Open Box", or "Used" that are found to be non-functioning for fourteen (14) days after the original purchase date. Batteries are not intended to be airborne and can expand/leak or explode. This is the responsibility of the buyer and not covered for return or refund by us.
