Description: GB. QEII 1979 GUERNSEY ERROR! OFFSET on 1/2p coin SG 177. Unmounted mint 1/2p with dramatic, substantial offset on the gummed side. The gum looks decent.....ink being transfered to the gummed side. Many "offsets" have the gum totally messed up as the stamp below has "stuck" to the upper stamp in the printing process. No tears, thins, creases or toning. Unusual and positional too....the stamp next to the offset is completely clean. The image with offset and a front example is to aid comparison.
