PLEATS TRIM BENEATH THE SEAM IN BOTH THE FRONT AND REAR WITH A DRAPED BELTING THAT IS HEAVILY RUCHED AT EACH SIDE WAIST WITH A LARGE SILK COVERED COIN BUTTON ON THE REAR AND SKIRTING OPEN FROM BUTTON TO BOTTOM IN LAYERED EFFECT. SNAPS CLOSED AT THE CUFFS. NO CLOSURES, MUST BE SLIPPED OVER THE HEAD TO BE WORN. CONDITION: THERE ARE SOME SMALL HOLES ON THE FRONT SIDE BLACK BAND BOTTOM AND I PERSONALLY WOULD GIVE A PLEATING TO THE SILK TO HIDE THE SMALL HOLES.
