The handles appear to be a nylon or something similar with a two tone swirl type finish. The blades, bolsters and liners all appear to be German Stainless as the main blade is so marked. Overall length when open is appx 7-5/8" and closed is appx 3-5/8" and weighs in at appx 2 ounces. Most importanly, please view and enlarge all photos for more detail as I have included many photos.
