On Sep-21-24 at 16:49:10 PDT, seller added the following information: FYI - a local lock collector looked at this in person and kindly shared some information / knowledge. He had a key that opened it and it looks fine inside. I learned that the thru hole is original for a 'sealer' and makes it a car (not switch) lock, and the lower hole is a drain hole, and the hole cover plate would not have had a spring in it. ...So it's really in decent condition.
