Description: Le Tallec Egg Trinket Box, Rare Grignan Vert Pattern, Green/Gold. Designed in France in 1964 this rare pattern is stripes of dark green, gold, and a thin red curved line. Gold embossed embellishments adorn the green. A gold band with a floral front piece surrounds the opening edge. Inside, the white porcelain is adorned with a gold Victorian style center pattern. The bottom is signed in red and blue by the artist, the SF corresponds with the actual artist of the piece and the VV indicates the date of 1964. **While the atelier did work with Tiffany and Co from 1961-2014, it is not signed Tiffany & Co but is assumed to be as I found no information that the atelier worked with any other company.** This belonged to one owner who cherished it and kept it in excellent condition. A matching ashtray is also available. This piece will be shipped with signature required and added insurance.
