In excellent pre-owned condition. This building had a relatively short production run. First introduced in 2009 and retired in 2013. All lighting, soundtrack & animation - including the Phantom that revolves in the tower - are working. Most of these buildings that you will find do not have a working animated Phantom circling in the tower. The lighting is exceptional and is accented with some rare sequential lighting above the organ. Comes with outer picture box, styrofoam enclosure, genuine Lemax power adapter, elasic pulling strap and instruction sheet. This will be shipped securely packaged in a cardboard shipping box.
