It is in good / very good condition. Hardcover, all pages are clean and solidly bound. Light tone pages related to age. There is the bookplate of previous owner on the front and rear paste down. The cover has light rubbing, soiled and minor discoloration . The rear cover has very light bubbling.( picture #4 ). Looks better than it sounds. Otherwise this is clean sound copy.
