Description: DescriptionFor sale is an O 2 Rail MTH 2 Rail 2-8-0 H-9 Consolidation Steam Engine Western Maryland #830This engine is in nice condition. It was tested and runs well. This runs on DCC only. The light works. The wheels are slightly dirty. The decals are clean. It has a NCE and TSU sound decoder which has multifunctional sounds. Decoder paperwork is included. It was a bit dusty from being on a layout. I gently dusted it, but it will need a more in-depth cleaning. This was converted to 2 rail. When converted, some pick-up wipers were added. This engine does not come with its manual. It does come with its original box which is a little worn from storage. I recently acquired an extensive and very prominent collection located in South Jersey. Items in the collection include various upgrades (Kadee couplers, metal wheels and quality weathering) to some freight and passenger cars. Some engines have been converted to a 2-rail operation if they came from the factory as 3-rail engines. These conversions were done by qualified hobbyists that are well-versed in doing these conversions. So, please stop back frequently as new, clean O Scale rolling stock, engines and craftsman constructed O Scale buildings will be added in the upcoming months.
