Description: This is an original shaker hood scoop for a 1970's Pontiac Firebird. This came out of an estate so I don't know what year or engine it came off of. The part number cast into the underside is 549533 and it was made by Barnum Bros Fibre Company as shown. Please confirm your specific application. This scoop is in good original condition as shown. It is very straight and solid. I don't see any previous repairs. The inlet scoops are open as shown which I believe is a modification that the factory planned on owner's doing. The vertical divider between the two inlets has a split at the top that can easily be rectified during the paint process. The underside is very clean as shown. This would be a great replacement for your missing or damaged scoop. It would also be great for a custom application or as a display piece in your office, shop, garage, or man cave. Don't Miss It!
