I have a floating week at this resort which can be use here or at any other affiliated resort. It can be used for any week in the next 12 months based on availability, so the farther out you book, the better chance of getting the exact week you want. The Buy-in-Now price is the lowest price available. Peak travel weeks (i.e. red weeks, peak season, high season, dream season, magic season, or whatever other vacation clubs call the most sought after weeks) have limited availability and will cost more. Weeks are typically Saturday to Saturday but can vary so please check with me. Resort Information: Located at 7700 Westgate Boulevard ,Kissimmee, FL 34747. The typical 2 bedroom villa has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a full kitchen and sleeps 6 guests. Westgate Vacation Villas Resort & Spa is a lakefront tropical paradise convenient to Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld Orlando. Check in: Friday/Saturday/Sunday After 4:00pm. Check out: Friday/Saturday/Sunday Before 10:00am. You will be using this resort as the owner’s guest, so you will have access to all events and facilities in this resort. You are not required to attend a timeshare presentation. Note: Like all hotels, a refundable security deposit is required at check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out assuming no damages or room charges. This facility allows pets. If you bring your pet, there will be a $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee at check-in. You must notify the front desk at check-in if you have a pet. Fees may change and restrictions apply to pets so check out their full pet policy here. Once your reservation is completed, you will receive confirmation via email and you will be able to access the Westgate guest website to check your reservation status. If you want to extend your stay more than 7 days, you can ask the resort reservation desk for the extension (additional fees apply). Reservation may take up to 24 hours to confirm.Once booked, all travel is subject to the cancellation policy of RCI and the resort. At this time, the policy is 100% credit if cancelled more than 91 days prior to arrival, 50% if cancelled between 61 and 90 days, and 25% if cancelled between 31 and 60 days. There will be no refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
