Overall Description:RARE TWO Volume Set, measuring 17" X 12" X 1.75" (per book), Gold on leather front boards, lettering worn off on spine, imprint is there. Covers and Spine have some damage with corner wear. Covers are attached but becoming detached, there is some foxing, corner page bends, and other age related damage, owner signature " Wm Peter 1880" on front page of both books (please see pics). Glorious Illustrations run rampant through these books, over 50 Double Fold out Prints. I left yellow "post-it" notes to indicate the number of fold outs in one book. Please request other pics if needed! The last three pics posted (18, 19, 20) are of Volume II. Each book weighs 8 lbs, books together weigh 16lbs. package will weigh at least 18lbs dependent on packing materials. Successful bidder prepays auction amount plus shipping.
