It’s a size 14 but could probably adapt a bit up or down in size a bit since it ties in back and this style works equally well just below the knees or longer tea length. The high quality black velvet is complemented by the lattice-beaded lace bib collar with a little ribbon rosette and a dropped V waist. The pleated skirt is trimmed with 3” lace all around the hem. There is a pink satin ribbon that you can tie in the back or the front! I have photos posted with both looks! Pink sleeve bows and pearl buttons down the back complete the sweet vintage Victorian look!
