The pictures can't capture the incredible sparkle of the 22 Karat gold trim. The plates are round and measure 10-1/2 inches in diameter with a gorgeous detailed 22 Karat gold trim that goes all the way into the well. There is some wear to the gold in the well due to usage (the white porcelain shows). Every plate has a small amount of gold missing in the well but, when there is food on the plate you won't even see that. Please review the pictures carefully. Crafted from porcelain, these dinner plates are original pieces from the early 20th century (1911-1940) and every plate features what appears to be peacocks and flowers and the same printed backstamp. It is recommended to hand wash only. These beautiful plates are perfect for all any occasion and are sure to impress.
