Never noticed the glitter in the resin before or whatever the material is called. It’s translucent material with sparklers. So Cute! What the numbers mean..67mm’s across frame horizontally outside to outside of frame. 14mm’s is the width of nose area and 115mm’s refers to length of the arms from the front corners to ear wrap ends. —- As far as condition issues. I will always disclose the details of whatever issues that I may find with my items. Even if it’s minor stuff to me. I’d much rather give too much info, bore you with details on what most people might think is minute details. UVA Protection -I’m sorry but I don’t know if they had more than uva 400 protection technology back then but a call or email to Chanel would solve this puzzler. It has protection uva400 minimum. Lens are pretty dark which you may prefer. They are not brand new so please do not buy unless you understand that they are vintage from the 1990’s. I’m trying to give as honest an answer as to condition and I think it’s better to be as honest as possible. I believe the person who buys these glasses will be very happy with them. You would expect any or most pre-owned vintage glasses to exhibit some wear. If they don’t have any issues you might want to keep looking or thank your lucky stars for finding a unicorn. They do exhibit some wear from age and use. The lenses and frames have some scratches. I would call the condition overall an 7.5 or 8 out 10. Frames and lenses have been cleaned and polished. All screws tightened. Additional details and condition. —- You will notice just how comfortable these soft rubber ear wrapped arms are. No digging into your head or ears. No tension headaches from wearing for long periods of time, just as light and sweet as a cloud on your ears. Hmm..
