Description: This is a set of 2 sweet Ardalt Hugging Angel Christmas Bell porcelain ornaments. Each features two hugging angels, one in a red gown and one in white. The angels in white each holds a sign, one saying "Blessed Noel" and one "Christmas Joy". Made in the 1950s in Japan by Ardalt, both have a red on gold paper Ardalt label inside. Measuring approximately 2.25" tall and 1.5" wide, they have a ceramic bell clapper attached to a string that comes out the back and could also be used for hanging. Note: the clapper on the Blessed Noel angel is stuck up inside it but we did not attempt to release it given the delicate nature of the piece. Both pieces are in great vintage condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs found. There is some minor paint loss/wear as expected of an item of this age.
