Blades are unsharpened, bright, shiny & have excellent snap smoothly opening & closing. Remarkably excellent clean condition for full hand made pocket knife made by one of the most reputable knives manufacturer of Sheffield. Pen knife is a British term form small folding knife but originally penknives were used for thinning & pointing quills to prepare for use as dip pens and later for re-pointing the nib. Today the word penknife is the common English term for both pocket knife.
