Description: Listed is a Vintage Plumb BSA Boy Scout Hatchet National Pattern with Original Handle. I am selling this one from my personal collection. I acquired this one from a flea market in the Northeastern Pennsylvania area. Condition is used. There are marks and wear from normal use. That being said… This is an absolute gem and a fantastic specimen of a BSA Plumb National hatchet. The original handle one this one is probably the best that I have owned. The makers mark and BSA logo are really nice! The head has some of the original paint and a little bit left of the sticker label. The bit is mostly full and the poll is crisp! The wedge is a little loose, but it’s the original, so I did not reset it. I just left it as is. This would be an awesome addition to any axe collection or tighten the head and cut some stuff.
