Description: This was a dress from a photoshoot (last two photos). It has been rescued, professionally cleaned and lovingly prepared for your consideration. I will vouch for the fact that it makes for fantastic pictures. About this piece: it's everything a fall wedding dress should be! I'm saying fall because of the color and because it's taffeta with a very full train, which might be a bit too hot for summer. It has beautiful bateau neckline adorned by lace and slight beading, feminine drop shoulder sleeves, and natural waist line. CONDITION: Taffeta is so durable and I credit it to this dress' remarkable preservation. Dress is structurally sound. However, it's very old and been through a lot. See below (and pictures) for imperfections: -I found two slight pin sized holes on the sleeves (please see pictures). --One button is missing, some of the buttons are off color due to age and water damage (please see pictures)-Where the dress opens in the back will need to be repaired (please see pictures).-There's very slight yellowing on the dress throughout, but you have to really look to notice. -There's two brown spots on the dress. Those are also captured in pictures. The big one hides nicely in the folds when the dress is worn. -Beading and lace seem to be in tact. However, due to size of the dress I can't be 100 percent certain. So, please expect a bead or two to be missing. Overall, it's fantastic and can definitely be worn again as a wedding dress or as a formal gown.
