There are tule and ribbon inserts. The size label says 42, but it looks like a size Small to medium. It has an elastic waistband. The waist measures - STRETCHED 32", - UNSTRETCHED 26". The LENGTH is a lovely 35". No holes, tears or stains. Absolutely no smoke or odors of any kind. Clean. These retail for over $150, so don't miss out on this one!
