All model kits are sold "as is." ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR THIS PARTICULAR ITEM: The parts are mainly in a bag in the box, although a few pieces were out of the bag. We placed them back in the bag through the small slit in the bag. We cannot determine if all parts are present, so this kit may or may not be complete. The box itself shows heavy wear. It is sold “as is.” Buyers may return this item within 30-days at buyer's expense, and we will refund the list price only when the item is returned in the same condition as when it was sent to the buyer.
